I havn't hadtime to test much, but it seems only the health buff is working. I did a quick test with and without the mind regen buff and saw no difference at all. Has anyone tested the action/mind buffs?
Another problem I have is the speed buff. It drastically increases the cost of your specials, so much so that it seems it is actually lowering your DPS! Sure i'm firing faster, but i'm running out of action so quickly its looking like a pretty worthless buff. Possibly because the action regen buff is not working and thats suppose to even it out?
Its going to be a couple days before I can run some proper tests, but things are looking pretty broken. I was hoping I could get a few people to run some tests as well so we can compare data and find out just what these buffs are actually doing, if anything.

It's not increasing the the drain your cutting speed in near half with the adrenaline buff so you end up burning your pools faster. Remember your weapon will use action on top of the skill itself. So your if your using your weapon twice as much it will drain twice as much.

At least the action regen and speed buffs are working, I can use both on myself and can fire about the same amount of specials I can without both buffs, but I fire them in a shorter period of time.
I think the mind regen buff is working also, I can do a lot more healing without running out of mind.
Another note on speed: Dont expect to get double as fast, since the speed formula is implementing diminishing returns and it looks like you can get 50% to 55% of your weapon base speed speed at the most.

No, its DEFINETLY increasing drain. The number of shots you fire is allot less before hitting empty with the speed buff.
I tested the mind buff with buffing. The time it takes to regain mind from buffing is the exact same with or without the mind buff.
Tomarrow I will do a complete test and post the results.

It is not increasing drain, but your action doesnt have as much time to recharge between shots. So when you fire 5 shots and gain action for one additional shot in between when not using speed buffs, now you fire the same 5 shots, but only gain maybe 2/3 of the action necessary for an additional shot.

I'm very happy to find out that I was completely WRONG!!!!
You guys are right, speed buff is not increaseing action costsat all.
Also, mind and action buffs are definetly increaseing the recharge rate.
I don't know what was up that day that i did the first tests, but after lots of testing today everything worked great.

the initial disease inoculation buff seems to be broken.
i have no problems using the improved version with my Master Doc but with my novice doc with just the basic skills its not working (i got the cooldown effect on the icon but no particle effect or state icon appears on the target).
ok, i know the buff is really useless right now as diseases do nothing on a target (no wounds or bf effects and i havent noticed any negative debuff effects when i got a strong disease form the sarlacc recently). but its the most advanced buff we get (as we learn it late in the skilling) and i like to have it fixed if the devs actually do something with diseases (i already reported it with /bug). so does anyone has similar probs or knows a workaraound?
