Spent the day under the floor in Kysh and got my rez arm, I have no medical skill, why does my arm not rez my friends? I clicked on the icon and it said the rez was 'qued' but nothing happened.

Rez is a skill that should require Mdoc or M combat medic not a quest item

Umm... a slightly less ... bitter response:

Rezz is prone to failure and if it's anything like MCM or MD's Rezz it has a long warm-up time and a possibility to fail during warm-up.

Yup, but that is a limited use item, it is not tradeable and can only be gotten once per char. You do the quest and get 50 rezzes. Thats it, you wont ever get more. I also have that ring, but I will always prefer to get a rez from a doc or CM than using the rez ring.
The rez arm on the other hand has infinite uses, which makes it problematic.
