They should allow master docs to replace cybernetic parts. period. maybe let us craft 'em. A couple of ppl came up to me asking me if I could replace their legs cuz they didn't have enough money to travel to a core world to get new ones, and got shot down in space.
Where are the npc cybernetic guys anyhow? anyone know?

I think they're on the 2nd floor of the med centers in cities
So if you go to Theed med center and go upstairs he should be there?

Yep, second floor in the med centers. I have seen one in Theed and Coronet. I belive they are only in the core cities on Naboo, Corellia and Tatooine
