i did and i didnt see any diffrents ..i got commed 4000 and im more happy ...with droid i can make 50 min buff( wouu a lott)

No. You will not find the +20 healing efficiency worthwhile.

My opinion:
MM requires 34 skill points above doctor requirements. That's a pretty high skill point cost for a relatively minor bump in healing ability.
If you're wanting to be a CM/Doc or a BE/Doc ( either one requires three of the lines ), the cost might be a bit more palpable ( 20 skill points ), but still seems a little high to me unless you just want to make sure you have the best heals possible.
I think you're better off spending points on combat / defense skills to keep you alive a little longer.

Yeah, I'd recommend putting those points into the healing line of CM unless you really want to craft.

Any opinions...I'll give up the skill points if will help my buffs..looking for opinions before I test it with a /respec. thanks

Mmm, being the dense person I am, I forgot about the medic line itself, as mastering it is not contingent on getting Doc anymore... the healing efficiency lost at Master Medic might be made up in certain lines of CM, and you'd be getting a better healing or offensive ability 
Doubly a save of points if you have an elite ranged profession like I am currently, so the ranged support line doesn't eat up more points than needed. I love coming to the Doc boards
