I know when i was MD before i got my alt char to do a roley poley thingy and healed his action pool, and i got MD in about a day and a bit hehe. So how does it work now?

Get in a group and heal. Just a little bit for each critter killed is all it takes.

Don't attack them if you want the full med xp, though. It gets split between your combat skill and medical then.

Unfortunately, you can get medical XP ONLY in combat. Wounds can be healed anywhere, no droid needed, but only by docs. Combat healing is about Health damage, no wounds. People tend to go to Med Centers to get their wounds healed, but there are rarely docs there because there is no XP payout for it. So some sit there a long time for the 10 wounds per 5 minutes that Med Centers provide.

Well i was gonna go for a Medic, either MD (again) or CM, with Pikeman as a template, haven't enough sp for both, so I'll go for the medic first instead, prolly easier (no brainer) getting pikeman xp fighting in groups tbh, tnx for the info.

now just finding a group :/
