Does anyone know how I can get my hands on one of these? I was told that they will enhance my abilities.


I am on the Kauri server and oh does it even work?

They Doctor's dress alone does not enhance your abilities. The Tailor needs bio-components from a Bio Engineer then the Tailor sews them into the Dress during creation. They can be made with up to +25 Injury/Wound Treatment.
