A heal icon in the combat que was finally brought up in the Development forum. It's still not being done, but they're looking at this. I wonder how many times Z brought this problem to their attention.

The devs are quite aware of the issue.. It actually came up in beta...

Actually the Devs have been talking about it forever, too. Holo had stated in kind of a catch-all post (that didn't actually respond to our initial Top 5) on 8/22/03 with the following:
“Healing tasks that aren’t making it in this update, but are on the list as high priorities:
•Look into making healing go into the combat queue 100%.”

So it was listed as a High Prioprity item at the time. IN the publish we got on 10/8 they did at least get /dragincap to show up in the queue. Otherwise, though, it sounds like this is a tough nut for them to crack to get into the game. Even in the response to the last Top 5 for Medics the Devs stated:
"We love this, but its very difficult (coding-wise). We don’t know if this can happen, but we will investigate. "

So they've known about and responded to this issues many time in the past. It's just a hard one to work out, i guess.
