Will grinding ALS's (Advanced Liquid Suspensions) be any different than grinding ABEC's (Advanced Biologocal effect Controllers)? For more xp? If it is, which is better/

Depends on what you value, I think. Never done the grind myself, but several have stated that ABECs give the most XP if you don't care about cost. I have the feeling that ALS's will be a more cost efficient way to do it, if that's a concern. That being because ALS's require 1/3 of the resources that ABECs do.
