I haven’t had a chance to test this yet but while you are on the ground or perhaps even tried this while attempting to stand up (with good timing) is it possible for a Doc to cure his own state while in it?

I’m sure you can see where I’m going with this. I’m looking for a means of getting back up from a Dizzy/KD. If there is no answer I’ll get one when I get on tonight and let you know.

No, not while knocked down, but you can spam kneel (easier to kneel than stand) and /healstate self hotkey easily enough, just alternate them. If you do succeed you'll just get a spam of you having no states to heal or whatever and won't lose any time.
