Thread: An idea for stun/dizzy stims
I think it would be great if doctors could use stun/dizzy/intimidate/blind stims before someone has the state, and it would give the target immunity to those states until the duration wears out.Maybe it would last 30minutes or something.And once you are affected with the particular state once you are no longer immune.
Just a thought.

I know this has been kicked around a lot and a lot of docs want it, but I think it's a bad idea. Has anyone really thought out the consequences to PvP of players having total immunity to KD, dizzy, intimidation, etc.? This would change the game balances dramatically overnight. I think it's better to have it the way it is, so people want to be grouped with doctors.
I think I'm becoming the official naysayer for doctor ideas. ![]()
I suspect they won't happen, because they remove a lot of gameplay.

Perhaps do the same for poison/disease. You have to decide what you want to have immunity (or partial resist) to, either poison or disease, but not both.

Being knockdowned isn't a state in the way the other states work. KD will prolly stay around, since it's the fact that it is a stance. As for immunities, I think maybe a pack that cures it or if not hurt, prevents it once and only once maximium should be the way to go.
