I am currently a master doc, using 852 buffs getting 2380-2400 buffs using bivoli and +25 clothes.

I desperately want to free some points up. How much will my buffs suffer dropping from Master to 0440?

25%- 1800?

Oh and if the penalty is that high, is there any way to mitigate it?

youll hit for 2109 at wound treatment 4 with 852 power packs still using 110 droid, 25 bivoli, 25 BE clothes.

Hmm That may be acceptable as this isa buff bot not a starport buffer..

You can get that loss back by buffing in a med specialized player city. The cities are a bit rare. However, if you find one near where you travel anyway you might find it acceptable to just swing buy and buff there.
