Thread: new doc needs help with buff strength

Hi,
I am a new Doc 2/3/4/0 and have just started to explore buffing. I currently have the following items:
875 Buff Packs
24.40 Bivoli
110 Droid
25.00 Doc clothes
So using the buff calculator I should get:
875 x 1.1 (100+90+24.4+25)/100 = 2304 buffs
I am actually getting 1915......
Am i doing something wrong? Could somebody please give me some advice

I am not to sure on the equation with everything being used. Like biv wound treatment clothes and 110 droid.
I know if you are master Doc and use the droid 25 biv and 25 clothes you multiply buff power by 2.74 I also know that if I dont use my hat with the 25 wound treatment but used everything else it would be the same as being 0440 doctor. With my hat my buffs are 2500 give or take. With out my hat so -25 wound treatment my buffs are 2220. You are 2340 doc you are missing 50 to wound treastment becaseu the second row 4th box of doctor gives you +25 to that skill as does master doc.

The error you're seeing is because you used "90" in your equation. At Doc 2340, you should use "50" instead. At Doc 2440 you should use "75" and at Master you should use "100". I think you plugged in your medicine usage skill mod. The number you really want to use is your wound treatment skill mod.
I typed your stats into the buff calculator that Agent provided, and 1915 strength is the correct number for you.
The second line in Doc gives you the wound treatment skill mod, which affects buff strength. Buy another box in the Wound Treatment line and your buff strength will jump by about +240.

Oh yeah.I believe that the game only uses the integer portion of your bivoli rating. So, if you buy 24.999 bivoli it really only counts as 24.0. That's another small error you'll see in your equation. Use 24.0 rather than 24.4.

Thanks for the help - I had taken the med usage to get the 90. It is alot clearer now
