Thread: Q: If I give up Master will I lose my Hospital?

Hey there:
That's the question: I'm gonna need to give up my Master Doc soon and i was wondering what will happen to my hospital since only a Master Doc can place one. Will it stand or will it go *poof!*

It will stay, but you will be unable to transfer ownership unless you pick up master again....thus it will still use your lots.

thats not very fair considering if a politician does the exact same thing, the buildings for which skills he dropped become inoperable.
does this go same for all buildings dependant upon a certain profession dropping them ?

Yes. Any profession based building can not be transfered or moved if you do not have the skills to "own" it. However they still work.

The skill is needed to place a structure or to get a structure transfered to you only. You can transfer the structure to someone else even if you don't have the skill to place the structure.

I just did it two days ago, so I'm pretty sure
