I've started grinding doc med crafting...is there a quick way cause it's taking forever!!!

Grind armorsmith, weaponsmith or shipwright before grinding doc - doc will seem like a breeze

Seriously, the fastest way is to craft BECs and then ABECs as soon as you can, always in practice mode.

and use 6-7 crafting tools - while one is counting down, you can start crafting on another. You will have 0 downtime if you use that many tools.

while on Flurry, don't visit Ojes Yobe's Liquidation Vendors just 800M from Theed starport on Naboo (neg5219 3419) - cause they ain't there anymore! They are now exclusively located in Mos Athens Mall

And use a crafting macro or else you'll get a carpal tunnel syndrome andyou'll need to see a real doctor.
