I am currently 4 4 4 0 in doctor which thing should i craft to get me to 1-4 fast

Advanced Biological Effect Controllers seem to be the grinding item of choice among 4 out of 5 doctors.

Read the doc faq I believe there is a crafting macro for this.

Unless you're using 3rd party software for mouse clicking to select resources, I think manual control is better for crafting. Hit enter to start, double-click two resources, enter, then three more enters, then click on next crafting tool. I did expert and master crafting today going through advanced biological effects controllers. Each is 84 skill point, I believe. I think in total I used about 16k tat fiberplast and 16k lokian wild wheat.
