Of course that is what I have read ( on this thread somewhere), I have never seen one myself.

Yeah, janta blood is pretty good - usual stuff u get is 100 power 10 charges ( compare to 20 power 13 charges or 20 charges 13 power or whatever u go for ) U can get some pretty good stims out of that or buf packs. I have also looted some 198 power / 10 charge janta bloods so stats can differ.
