if i am knocked down and dizzy can i heal the dizzy?

I set up a macro like this:

----------

/healstate dizzy

/pause 1

/stand

----------

I do it that way because if you stand first, it will always tell you that you cannot healstate while knocked down. This way, your first action after a sucessful stand will be to heal your state and you have no problems whatsoever. Works almost every time for me.
