Thread: Question about using med droids

I purchased an R2 droid with the med module in it. It says it has the medical rating of 110. My trouble with it is when I try to heal someones wounds with my droid out I keep getting the message 'you must be in a camp or hospital to do this'. Other people have told me that it works fine for them. I've tried it indoors and outside with no difference. I've recharged my droid right before trying it too.
Am I doing something wrong? Am I bugged? Is my droid bugged? Any help would be appreciated.

It needs a new battery! Just recharge it and it will work fine. 
By the way by batteries by the crate, you will go through them fast, I know I do.

I tried feeding it 4 batteries right before healing someone and I still got the message.

If you were in a cantina you will allways get that message when trying to use some certain med functions. I would imagine that it's a bug though.

Hmm. I used to have this problem too with my r2 unit then I just upgraded to a 21-b unit and I never get that message anymore.

do you have your driod grouped with you? if not than thats your problem, i used to get the same message until i grouped my droid with me and now i dont get the message anymore!
