i got a spare account going for my guild and my d packs are 808/10k something, but for some strange reason i get abuff for about 800-1.2k and then some go to 2.5k. how is it i see some people getting 2k plus all the way accross most of the time. any tips on how to buff constantly better. thanks for the posts if you do.

what is your wound treatment skill?
are you using a droid? whats the med mod rating?
are you in a camp or a hospital?
are you wearing any BE clothes?
how much battle fatigue do you and your target have?

If I had a lucky rabbits foot, I'd wear it, but this is my general buff procedure:
heal all damage
heal all wounds (mind too)
clear all battle fatigue
be outside
get droid (110 med)
put new battery in droid
walk well away from any nearby camps
put on BE clothing for +25 boost
remove armour, holster weapon
ensure encumberance is at 0 on all stats.
- enhance
every 3 people, dump another battery in droid.
heal all damage

put new battery in droid
