New up and coming doc here. I was curious what is the best thing to grind in your opinion to get xp the fastest.

Buy a lot of tatooinian fiberplast, and lokian wild wheat it doesn't matter if it is low quality - in fact it will be better if it is - cheaper.

Grind out advanced biological controllers - they use 38 resources in total - so more xp.

Welcome, if you have all the resources, and a lot of crafting tools, the crafting line can be done in a few hours - do it in the med center with a macro healing a tumbler at the same time, easy xp!
