Thread: How much BF does it take to effect heals and buffs?

I've always been paranoid and always gone to the cantina to get my BF healed first, but I'm getting tired of the lag/spam fest that is the coronet cantina and I was wondering how much BF I could let slide without impacting buffs?

Or does BF even effect buffs? I'm just assuming it does since it effects wound healing. I figure someone here must know .

Thanks for the info...

I've observed that my natural HAM regen seems to slow around 100+, but I've never noticed a reduced effectiveness on healing, up to 248 BF.
