+25 for BE clothing. If you get more the system caps it at 25. I believe there is no limit on Bivoli but +25 is the highest I have seen and I also believe you can only have one at a time.

Lastly, what is the best droid number that affects buffs?

Get a droid with a medical rating of 110. That's the higest it can go and any master DE can make you one. It does not have to be a medical droid. It simply has to be a droid with a 110 medical rating. I've grown fond of my R2 unit.

Okay, seriously now... one more thing you can use to boost your buffs is to buff at a medical specialized city.
