I was hearing from a few other's on my server i play on that Master Doctor & Master Creature Handler is not a bad mix? I was told by one just buff your pets up depending there level, then focus on healing the group etc. I'm not sure if this is a good mix to do or not ?

I would like to hear something from any others with this combo or least maybe any master of the two with there input ?

Thanks looking forward to hearing some input -

I wouldn't do it. Your pet is typically just a tank and, as a former Master CH I can tell you that without a good combat profession to compliment your CH skills you'd be kind of useless. The pet would take forever to kill the animals etc. I'd suggest a combat profession instead of CH.

as a CH, doctor is a very usefull thing to have, seeing as you can heal your pet for 2-3k per hit, but it takes alot of skill points. if you won't have a group to kill what your fighting then most of the time like he said, it will be a very long time till the mob dies. however being abel to buff your pet whenever you want where ever you are has bean very helpfull to me. (yes I did this, I only got to 1/2/2/1 because I found CH boring)

Well i checked into this setup-

Scout 4-0-4-3 , CH 4-4-4-4 master , medic 0-0-0-4 , bio enginer 4-4-4-4 master , marksman 4-4-0-0 .

Still able to blast and use pets for tanks and can still heal them some with stim packs, and can use rifles and pistols . Then with bio enginer i can make use of the resources i get and make pets for all to use.

I think it would be more usefull to go a few boxes into Pistoleer or Rifleman rather then just get 4-4-0-0....If you dropped the Survival 3 you would have 12 more skill points to work with not to mention 14 more from not doing the marksman template you had...just my 2 cents.

Btw...I would NOT do that if I were you.

Only do this if u have a second account, my doc is this and hes useless and cant defend himself when attacked by moderate mobs ( even a swooper can kill him if he gets a lucky couple of shots ). Tho it is fun Setting a graul to Follow Target on that annoying person who is spamming you with tells that he wants buffs NOW!!

Drop the survival line of Scout (it's useless, trust me) and drop pistols (you won't be able to see with big pets out if you're up close), focus those skill points into rifleman. Pet's tank, you blast, critter die.

I agree with the other posters. Sure a pet is great for taking the hits but they do very little damage on their own. And a Doc is a good complement to a pet to heal them up. But it doesn't do much good to play 100% defense. Eventualy you will actualy have to damage your target or you will just fight them forever.

If you like this combo then you either have to be with someone that dishes out the damage (as in another player or group of them) or you will need to find a way to pick up some weapon skills to do your own damage. I would recommend going up just one tree in marksman then the speed and accuracy trees in the next level. I am not sure if you could fit this in on one character but a few boxes like 8 of them will be more helpful then some of the boxes in CH or maybe even Doc. if you want to hunt.

you are gonna be wasteing a lot of stims/buffs on those pets.

I have been a MCH since September. I can tell ya if you don't have a 2nd elite combat profession most natural pets will last 2-3 missions on a expert planet. A special BE'ed pet you might get 1 or 2 more lairs out of but you are way better off picking up something else
