I tried to find a formula that has a good formula for the price of selling stim packs, but i could not find one. What is a good formula for selling stims? (i.e. 50% x power x charges) My stim d's have around 750 power and have 47 charges each, butIhave no idea how much to charge for them.

There really is no universal answer to this question.
Resources on the various servers vary too widely. What I did was look at what the other folks were charging. I think you will find that the market on your server pretty much sorts itself out.
Also I would not concentrate too much on the upper stims if it were me ... not only are they harder to make they are also only useable by Doctors ... who can make them. I mostly sell Stim Bs.
My Stim Bs are currently on Kettemoor for 30 chargest at 430 power for 1500. (Still working on getting a backlog of the really good resources).

I've read everything on here from charges x power / 4 all the way to the same formula except divided by 10. I usually go somewhere around charges x power / 9 for pricing stims. Khaziglu is right though that you'll usually get more money from selling stims b's. I've found that if you put up stims for sale when you're out at advanced planets you'll usually be able to sell them for 500-1000 credits more than you would at a shop.
Edit: specifically stim b's

to say higher rated stims cant be used by anyone but docs is false as it depends on wether you experiment on ease of use or not, its possible to experiment on stim e's to get them down to a useable level by medics i think
