Something happened the other day that got me to thinking about all these bank tip scams. Here's a new one too be on the look out for.
With all the scamming with sending false bank tips and such you think you are only out whatever you charge for buffs. You could be cheated out of MUCH more if this starts happening.
Say you charge 7K for buffs. Someone sends you a fake bank tip email that says they tipped you 70K. Then they ask you tip them back 63K since they accidentally put too many zeros in when they tipped you. If this was a fake tip, you would then be out 70K instead of just the 7K you charge for buffs.
I had one person accidentally tip me 70K and ask for the 63K back. I do not know if it was a fake tip or not as I didn't get my inventory up in time to see if the money came through or not. It was only one time and I just let it go.
I have decided to not accept bank tips from anyone that I don't know or haven't buffed before. If someone doesn't think it's fair that a regular customer gets to bank tip and they don't, I have plenty of room on my ignore list.
We know the devs are aware of this problem. I don't know for sure how long this has been happening with the fake bank tips but I think I speak for all doctors when I say: FIX THIS WELL KNOWN ISSUEALREADY.

not so easy when you've got a Q of people waiting to be buffed and the only efficient way of telling who is next is by bank tipped mails!
also why should we have to do this, this is a problem and should be fixed!. im not saying its a high priority problem as its not but it cant really be hard to alter the system they introduced!
all that needs to be done is when you reiceve the mail is have the word BANK or BANK TIP beside the persons name!

hey that scam happened to me today this guy tipped me 100k instead of 10k and he was asking for 90k back and i said hell no you never tipped me.

I'm sure you're all already doing so but...
Report, report, and report. Keep the email and report these scammers to the CSR's. This is a double death sentence, it's an exploit and theft. We ought to be able to weed out a fair number of low lifes by the time the Devs get around to changing that line of code.
Instances of this scam are at a peak since it hit the forums. Be mindful and simply tell people upfront that Bank Tips are not accepted, and will not be tipped back if they send one regardless.
Remember: Buffing the Unwashed Masses is a dangerous job and no good deed goes unpunished.

Another good tip to keep tract of who is next is ask them to make a single file line. Most people who play this game for sure went to kindergarden and know how to stand in a stright line. Plus it looks cool too see people standing around like they waiting at a methadone clinic You can ask the next person to step forward and have your inventory open. Ask them to tip and see if your cash and bank totals go up. Good luck

im not really sure many people that play this game have completed kindergarden....
