I posted about this before. I've done more testing with it and what I'm seeing is that if your customer has a health buff exactly equal in power to the power of your buff (ie, you buffed him 1:30 ago or something), a command of /healenhance health will not re-apply the health buff. If all other buffs are greater than or equal to your buff's power, it will give the system message "X has no attribute you can enhance". If the customer has at least one of his other buffs dropped, it will enhance that buff instead of health. Has anyone else seen this with the command /healenhance health?

I have not had this problem with re-buffing people. Have you tried selecting your buffee and double clicking the health enhance pack instead of using the command? (actually I've had this problem with the doubleclicking, but I always re-buff when I use the /healenhance health command). Also, are you having any troubles with other buffs not reapplying or is it just the health one?

Just the health one. If I were to use the stim directly on my target, it works fine.

Wierd, well I'll play with buffing people some and see if I can duplicate the problem on my side...it may just be a bug in the way a file or two transferred from SOE to you in a download. Who knows, maybe it will just go away with another patch.
