As for the SEA's don't bother right now. As you make more and acquire more cash then it might be worth the investment, but for the moment it's not a big deal.
As for the factories just have one food/chem factory that you can use. Make some schematics for ABEC's, ACRDM's, and ASDS's using a food/chem tool and a food/chem station. You will want to experiment all of the components/buff packs, and then for the components instead of making a prototype item you will want to make a manufacturing schematic and make as many as you want.
This is really all the advice I can give besides use all advanced components and just try to score the best resources you can.

The layout there is total # I use (total without schema) (whats added for schema)
This has enough to make 4 Schematics of everything. I have had 4 failures (non-great Successes) in a row before, but never more than that. I also use the same resources on the Action buffs so that they all match and end at the same time.
I keep packs in my house named "Buff Run" and just watch swgcraft until they match the list. Doing three crates at a time helps get you through the poor spawns I've found
