As a doctor, if I deathblow someone, can I then resusitate them?

Also, if a group member is incap'd, is there ever a circumstance where dragging them to me is not possible? While hunting, a comrade fell incap and I wanted to move him away from the nest we were fighting around. However, I got a message saying it was not wise to move such a player. We are both neutrals and I was finished with the mob that I had been fighting. Why would this happen?

Thanks!

1. Yes you can rez

2. I seen that once and the only conclusion i could come up with was that if i moved the person then a mob would aggroe and DB him. We were on dath fighting rancors and that is the only thing i could htink off. Anyone Else???

I got that same message trying something else with another player. We were both neutral as well (at the time anyway). I think it must have been some odd faction standing we held. Me with +5000 in one with him in +5000 in an oposing faction maybe?

As for the rezing a DBed player, should work fine as long as they /consent.

That message indicates a faction TEF issue. He must have still had a TEF to the mobs you were fighting, or it may have been a bug. There are TEFs other than the reb/imp faction ones.If you are fighting NPCs of a certain faction for which you have positive faction points, you gain a TEF to that faction. That's the only thing I can think of.

But if he were fighting creatures what faction TEF would he get?

None. I would assume they were fighting NPCs.

This has been a long standing problem with this command. "It would be unwise to help such a patient."

This message has hounded many Medics and Doctors for quite some time, to the point of disregarding the command as if it didn't exist anymore, because we can ALMOST never ever get it to work, when by all rights it should.

This problem has been /bugged and reported soo many times, it can only be assumed that it is being ignored because there hasn't been enough outcry about it.

For most of us, the command might as well not even exist.

I've encountered this problem before. It wasNOT a TEF problem. Wewere both neutral and in thesame group, so it wasn't a consent problem either. I solved it by making a macro that uses "/drag;" instead of the full version of the command.
