I would like to know How I should do it and What I should learn first and what I need to learn after.

IMO
get 0/2/4/0 asap this was gone over ina post close to this one.
once you get these stats you can buff using 90 med use buffpacks. Then you willget about 1k per buff X 6 buffs per person
Aside from tumbling, I think this is the fastest way to grind doc.
As to the crafting...as I said before this has been gone thru in other posts in more detail...there are macros that will run the crafting for you..but they do not selece the resources you want to use...so you will always have to sit there and dbl-click the resources. Your best be is using lok wheat ahd tat fiberplast.
Check the other posts there is too much information to type in here and it has already been rehashed before.
I made it from novice medic to master doc in under 3 days...but I was on a lot and my hand still hruts thinking about it.

i got from novice medic to everything in doc minus the crafting in under 2 days, i had someone afk warcry for me untill i had the necisarry skills to buff then i went around giving people free buffs.

i grinded out the med xp for doc in under 3 and a half hours... i wont post it here but you can contact me in game and i would be happy to explain free of charge (Rebels only) Imps dont even bother!

ain't that taking RP a bit to far

As has been suggested before, get the buffing ability first, then you can earn money while you grind the rest
