I'm hoping Agent001 reads this and gets some valid points out of this to relay to the developers.
On Starsider, the FS experience craze, and sudden demand on buffs has created some in-game social issues, griefing on both sides. On the one hand, we have some sadistic docs who make lines, and after some time, leave everyone hanging. And on the other hand, we have the people on line cutting in line, and generally griefing. IMO, it's an unnecessary time sink. We need some online mechanism to cut down on these problems.
Enabling Havla for doctors would cut line waits and line sizes, which would be good for doctors AND the combat classes waiting on line. Reducing HAM prices and the time between buffs that docs have to wait would also speed up the process nicely. Given how the game has evolved into something all about buffs for combat classes, wait times need to be streamlined to increase the quality time of gaming.
Suggestions and comments welcome.

Doctor's Havla Alert!
We have discovered that Doctors who find themselves unable to heal is being cause by bad Havla. Please do not use Havla at this time. We will be pushing a fix to the live service on Tuesday, September 7th. Thank you for your patience.
Didn't you see the Dev notice when you sign in about "bad havla?"
I guess anything over +100 is bugged? Not sure.

The issue with havla was fixed on the 8th.
It was never that havla wasn't working, it's that havla was disabling stim and other healing abilities, leaving only wound healing and buffing available when someone used it.
This HAS been fixed and havla has returned to it's former usefulness without any ill effects on healing.
So what's your issue again?

They are tired of the long lines for buffers.
So instead of paying the Doc with the short line but 5k more than the other Docs...he wants the cheap Docs to be able to buff every second.

If what your saying is to extent Havla duration (ie: # of heals/buffs you can perform) I would disagree. I would love to whip through lines without filling my stoumach, but the problem is that this would make it easuier top prepare for missions creating a huge influx of credits into the economy through mission payouts (not wasting your time in line you can use up all your buff).
This would add even more strain on our horrid economies as it is.

Have to agree that the system is just fine as it is. No need to change the buff times.
