I'm 2/3/3/0 for Doctor. What which buff packs am I able to use? Also if I train up to 2/3/4/0 or 2/4/4/0 will I be able to use the D's?

I don't know which level of buff pack you will be able to use at expert doctor medicine knowledge (0/0/3/0), I never bothered with anything but B's since they don't require factory run subcomponents.
But at 0/0/4/0 you will have 90 med use. I think D's start at 92 med use, butcan be experimented down to90 at the cost of some power. Ask around on your server and you should be able to find someone selling 90 med use buff packs.

2.3.4.0 you will be able to D's if the crafting Doctor experimented the the med use to 90.
2.4.4.0 is far better, the additional wound treatment bonus this provide with increase your final what you buff for.
If the maker of the buff packs is either 11 or 12 pt crafter there is no loss in power of the pack.

Also, find a 12 point doc who makes the 90 med use Ds.. they will have as much power as a master level buff pack..

Those SEA's don't work, the Devs removed that option about 1 week after they allowed the SEA's/AA's to work.

Thanks for your help. Now I just have to find D's with 90 medical use.
