I played around a bit more making different types of the resist packs to make sure I'm getting the most out of my point expenditure. Mainly, does absorption actually do anything.
From the few test I've done, I don't see a difference between one pack with low and another with high. Therefore, my conclusion is that it's useless and should be ignored. Mind you, can't say the test were very extensive.
Still nagging me though. Anyone else play around with this and can share their experiences?
Thanks,

My understanding of the the absorbtion rate is that is it a reduction percentage on the tick of the poison.
A Resist C with a 6 absob would be 6% reduction in poison tick, ie 400 tick poison becomes 376 tick poison.

Ah!! That's why I didn't see a difference - I was looking at it difference. I thought it dampened the power of the poison.
I'm going to test it out again but if thats true, I would think absorption is more important than power than.

My last batch of poison Cs were like 170/32, 19 absorption, maybe 35m duration. Experimented some in abs, some in power, some in duration. Mostly absorption though.
I like absorption, especially now that area cures aren't way too powerful... Absorption makes the poisons easier to heal.

From my understand and reading these forums the maximum value for absorbtion on a C is 25% with 1000 stat resources.
The hardest thing about making the C's is the specific named resources.
