How many should I eat when buffing?


I don't wanna fill up obviously because It only lasts for 16 minutes and that's not long enough for the food to leave my system.


Can someone help me pace myself properly?

you could only eat one at a time, it doesn't stack.

If all you are eating is Bivoli at this filling and duration you will never get filled up. Your stomach empties roughly at the rate of 33% every 15 minutes. By the time the food runs out on one serving you should be fully empty again.
