I don't agree with any of these statements.
DON'T SEND A TELL ASKING WHEN YOUR TURN IS
Doctors leave their e-mails as new, and use them to see who is next to buff. asking where your place is can only complicate a simple task
It's not that hard to keep a list that is separate from your mail box. Also, asking your spot in line is a perfectly acceptable questions, especially if you are on a non-line server.
Don't give the doctor attitude,
it'll accomplish nothing more than delaying him futher.
Attitudes should not delay the buffing doc. Just ignore the idiot and continue with your work.
DO NOT COMPLAIN ABOUT THE PRICE!!!
it could be ALOT higher and probably should be!
Higher prices are a form of "line control"
Ok, I agree with this one but for a different reason. Don't complain about the price.... either pay or don't pay. We don't need to know WHY you don't want to pay.
If you set inflexible rules when you buff, people are going to get upset. If you are flexible and can fit the needs of your customers, they will leave satisfied.... even if they don't get everything they wanted.

I like the points he is trying to make, but no so much how he is making them. I do think that people should show more respect to others in these games. Just because you are not standing in front of the person in RL does not give you the right to act like an @sshat.
The first response to that post was something about "isn't the customer always right and can say what they want." The answer is, it depends on the supply and demand. If you think for one second that by being a jerk is going to hurt a Docs business you are kidding yourself... all it is going to accomplish is that Doc never buffing you. So in a world with fewer public buffing Docs, you just lost one more option. So in this case, not you cannot say whatever you want unless you don't want buffs.
If more people would act in the game as if the person was standing right there in front of them, I think we would be a lot better off. Even if you are bigger and tougher than the next guy, in RL you are not typically going to start yelling at someone over price. Especially since that guy didn't set the price, the economy did. If you don't like that price, go try to find a better deal.
Finally, if you can't afford buffs, try to find a lower level doc who is buffing for experience and see if they can give you a lesser for for lesser money.

I work in a hospital. I can't tell you how many times we have refused service to someone acting like an azzhat. Yes, an emergency dept. can refuse you if you act like a retard. Just like in game. It is really funny to see how shocked they are when they realize we are actually refusing them service. They thought it was their *right* to be treated by us no matter how poorly they acted.
If the person is in critical life threatening shape and acting like an azzhat we hold him down paralyze them and place a tube down their throat to keep them breathing. You will NOT act like an azzhat in the hospital or you will:
1. Leave on your own accord per our request.
2. Leave in the back of a patrol car and spend the night with Bubba in a cozy cell. or
3. End up paralyzed with a tube down your throat for the next 8 hours or so.

HAHAHA! I'm so glad I don't have to deal with this BS anymore. I just became a 0/4/4/0 doc and I'm lovin it (only took me about 12 ingame hours not really even trying that hard from novice medic). I buff myself (albiet not as well as a master doc can) and I go on my merry way killing racors and tuskens. Ohh and if you are wondering how I afford the skill poinsts, my answer is TKA cheese. For all of you that are fed up with doc prices, I suggest you do the same or stop complaining. Its a matter of put up, shut up or becoming one. Thats all there is to it. Complaining only gets you hate and discontent, and there is alreay way more than enough to go around. Stop the HATE!So all you other dos, unless you sell buff packs just lost a customer (sorry:smileyindifferent
. Besides, I'm sure you have plenty of customers (yelling at) paronizing you already.
I wish you all the best.
Love, peace, and chicken grease.

Well the easy answer is to add yet more lines into my advertising........."Please dont ask your place in Q. Jerks will be refunded and banned"
Then its the individuals choice as to whether they pay me or not.
People bang on about how the customer is always right and how they can use any attitude they want in a shop and come out on top, well in UK we have the right to refuse service. NO-ONE has earnt the right to abuse me, swear at me, threaten me or insult me, I have told customers this in real-life whilst working in a games store and the company backed me 100%.
"Manners maketh the man" and anyone who has worked in any form of customer services will tell you that the nicer the customer the more help you give them.
