~This is the idea, its only an idea!~
Ok, for one full day doctors stop buffing, on every server. 1 FULL server reboot, no one buffs, this is to counter all the complainers, we still buff ourselves if we want, we just ignore everyone else who wants buffed. we make our own money in whatever way we want, or, we dont, whatever.
People want to whine because our queues are to long and we charge to much, i know this has been talked about alot, but i think we should acctualy do it, i mean, why not? post ideas here, it will be like a Union strike.
Post ideas/objections here!
Tell me what you think, i really want to hear it!
You know who will really suffer? cuz we will not provide ANYTHING in the 24hr period, the jedi, cuz we will not rez, i know it will be an inconvinence(however you spell it). They will loose some XP, but everyone will be just so much the wiser for it!
i say we go for it!
(the cycle we will use will be decided later. and maybe proposals will be made on this post too.)

I agree man, i know that i am a respectfull buff'd person (the guy who gets buffed?). But many people have spamed docs with "WHERE AM I! ONE MORE PERSON BEFORE ME AND I LEAVE THE QUEUE! LIKE IT OR NOT, AND IF U DONT GET ME A REFUND I WILL HAVE THE CSR'S BAN YOU!!!" I know they cant get you ban. but it is sure to bea hastle.....

sigh...another week another person shouting "STRIKE"
This will never work because not all docs are willing to not buff. Some because they dont think there is a problem...some because they can exploit the strike and charge more for buffs on that day...some because they dont want to not play with friends...and finally some because they are just too dang lazy to care.
This would only work if EVERYONE did this...and for it to be effective...only selfbuffing , but no friends and guildies(which will never happen)
This is a pointless thread, I like your enthusam... but do a forum search for STRIKE or STOP BUFFING and you will see how many other times this issue has been brought up.

Well I have to say.... if you treat your customers nice they are very patient and kind. I have never had a problem yet with any people I have met or bufffed. I treat them with respect and they return the favor.
I have seen many doctors get yelled at and such and all I do is put whoever is being disrepectful on my no-buff list. If they have a problem with it, which none have, they can go elsewhere. I actually made one guy apologize to another doctor for being an ass before I would agree to buff him. He had no problem with it and was very nice to everyone since then.
As good an idea this is, I doubt you'd get many doctors to join in. I have regular customers who are very kind and sweet that I buff on a daily basis and I wouldn't want to tell them that I'm on strike for all the other dorks that are rude. Why punish the ones who are respectful and patient? Just refuse to buff the ones that aren't and they will sooner or later smarten up.

I'll agree. Im sooo sick of the complainers. I like to roleplay doc sometimes and I'm an Imperial so these are my prices.
Female Imperial - 5k
Male Imperial - 10k
Female Rebel/Neutral - 15k
Male Rebel/Neutral - 20k
I get complainers all the time but the way I look at it, go find another doctor. Of course none of the Imperials complain but they would if it was the other way around.

Omg soo sorry about that! I don't have the edit button and I accidentally tried to tab and enter... but I forgot Tab doesn't work as 8 spaces here. 
But the reason I don't think this will work is because the other docs will begin charging higher for their buffs and take advantage of the situation. I doubt what you are proposing can be done.
