Thread: Havla Not Working?

I just became a master doctor 3 days ago. Someone told me that havla will really speed up the time of buffing a person. I decided to try it today.....I got nothing. The buffs still took a full two minutes. The time reduction rating was 91. It should have worked. Is there some bug in the game that i'm not aware of? Can you not eat bivoli and havla at the same time? Can someone plz tell me what's wrong?!?!

It has to be rated 100+ to get the bonus.
Anything less will not work and you need to /biatchslap the Chef you bought it from.

Maybe this was just me, but the fact that it doesnt seem to affect the "You are now ready to apply more ..." messages threw me for a while. I sat there waiting for my message and was disapointed to find it took the same time.
If you just go ahead and try to enhance, it works. Just wack the healing button (or whatever) as quick as you want - if the havla aint working it gives you the normal "You have to wait before you can apply..." messages.

no, i tryed doing that, miceless. still got the same message that i had to wait. i found a doctor to buy some 103 havla off of. it worked just like it should. it was my fault. thanks for straightening me out.
