How much of a bonus do you need to be able to heal once every second?

Isn't Injury treatment a Combat medic thing? (I'm guessing)
Docs don't get it anywhere in their profession, we get Wound Treatment and Wound Treatment speed.

Combat medics get ranged injury treatment speed. The injury treatment speed modifier is only in medic. You can get skill tapes for it but, as a previous poster has already said, a recent change made them obsolete. There is now a minimum time between heals of about 4 seconds, regardless of your speed modifier.

I was wondering about the medic injury treatment speed, but thought the doctor forum wouldn't be a bad place to ask since everyone that is a doctor is already a master medic.
Since skill tapes no longer work, according to posters here, will the force senstive tree that gives +10 put me at the speed cap?

They work, but are only useful to those who don't pick up the diag line. I don't know exactly where we hit the cap, but diag 4 gets you there with no tapes.
