Thread: Auto Buffing in a Player City Med Center

I am a bit curious about this . The sign said Auto Buffing and it was 15k to enter the med center. How does this work ? As a Mayor I would love to set one up in my own city , but have no idea where to start toher than I would think I need a Med Center and a Doctor . Any help would be welcome .

Firstly, it could be a con.
Ignoring that, then i guess it could work. If you invite him (and he has auto invite on) then he could use a combination of commands to buff you.
Would have to think about it more, and test it, but I think it could work. Apart from the obvious requirements of a med centre and a doc, all you would need was the macro.
Why not cough up and see if it works?

Auto-buffing. The only time I've seen auto-buffing was from a musician outside the Imperial Outpost on Dant. It was cool and not a scam. The only difference was the building acces was available to everyone. The auto-buffer (musician) would auto-group you regardless if you paid or not at the end of the macro. I always paid between 6-10k for my musician buff, never scammed on a freebie because the person could always check later to see if people paid or not. I think the building access fee is to curve the scammers from getting free buffs. But before I pay for a buff by entering a building, I would have to know what kind of buff it is first.

I guess it depends on how much you trust people. I have seen lots of buff-bots that rely on the good will of the buffee to actually pay.
Never come across one in a building with an entrance fee, but i guess its one way to do it.

There's a couple on Tatooine on Scylla. The sign on the door says "Please send tell to make sure I'm buffing", and then the doc's AFK notification will say he's at WP xxxx xxxx and buffing. You pay the 10K to get in the building, and the autobuff macro does a /say Please invite me now for buffs, then a /join, and the buff. Works well, and it's a 2200+ buff for 3.5 hours. There's an autobuff entertainer in the cantina next door, a master dancer/master musician, but the fee for that is left up to the conscience of the customer. It's a good setup in a player city that's known for great hunting nearby (near the Krayt Graveyard) -- one stop shopping lol.
