i saw one of these on the bazaar and i have never seen one previous to that so i paid the 500 or so credits for it. its power is 250 but what i am wondering is where do these things come from and how high does their power get?

They area Rebel Themepark reward. Apparently, most of them are 250 power. But you might also find some exceptional or legendaryversions of itI take it. I heard of exceptional ones being as high as 280 only though.

Also, there was this one time in my server where another player auctioned some 225 power ones that he claimed he had looted from a Krayt. But I'm really not sure if that's possible since I only heard of such thing that one time.

legendary liquid suspensions are 1000+ power.... there was a post somewhere about someone throwing it in a Stim B with a Janta blood and getting a crazy huge end product. selling it for 20 mil, with a med use of 5, he might just get it.
