And also, even though you might be able to find some Med Use tapes, they don't work, so don't bother. If you really want to buffyourself for2200+ fairly easy (with lets say 880 power packs) you will need to get the your skills up to Master Wound Treatment (+75). Since if yougo 0240 you'd end up with only +35 Wound Treatment, andalthoughyou would be able to use EnhancePack Ds, you'd have to find 1100+ power packs to get the same buff.

first you need x2xx to have teh enhance ability... then get lots of med use... Not possible with only 15 points, you need about 90 med use (doc x24x) to use D's

free up 8 points and you can do it

With 0440 Doc (for buffs you don't really need the speed line) and using a 900 power packwith 110 Bot, +25 BE Clothes and +25 Biv you should be able to bufffor about 2200.

Use a buff calculator like this one http://www.houseofskills.com/buff_estimate.php target=_blank>hereto check out how strong would your buffs be depending on the power of the pack you're using. And remember thatyourDoc Wound Treatment Skill is going to be +75 if you're not a Master.

Without being a Master and without crafting line equals 4440. At 0440 he will have +75 Wound Treatment.
