I got a macro for afk buff botting
when people arnt in my group i enhance my own attributries with /heal enhance **whatever**
e.g
You Enhance <Target> Stamina by 2789
they disband
I buff my self full beause they no 1 is in my group
then its just keeps saying you re-Appli you Stamina or what ever enhancment
I got through 1 crate off buffs through my stuidness
Pls may some 1 help me

Try buffing while you are in front of the keyboard instead, works a lot better.

Seriously, the /healenhance command shouldn't rebuff, it should say "there is no attribute you can enhance". Of course, you'll buff yourself the first time, but only once. You'll re-buff yourself when they run out but you should waste less that way.
I never tried /heal enhance is two words, don't know if that works but I use a macro that I use in which I target the client and click on my auto-buff icon and it does /healenhance 6 times with the delay. If I re-buff someone, it'll tell me that there is no attribute I can enhance, so no waste in meds.

Dr Neek - Your macro does not call out the individual stats to be healed? Perhaps that is what is saving you from reapplying. I know that my macro (/healenhance health; /pause 17; /healenhance strength;...) will reapply buffs if I am selected or if noone is selected.
To the original poster - Back when I tried my hand at buff boting, I found that targetting my droid between patients would save me from that issue. You will still buff yourself if the person groups and then moves out of range, but at least your next iteration won't reapply to yourself. If you find yourself being abused by someone in particular, simply /addignore and they can no longer invite you to group.
In short though, if you buffbot you are at the mercy of the malicious few. That is simply part of the risk of an AFK business...

I found it usefull to just use /healenhance when you're not sure if your customer got all 6 buffs without asking. If you have the 6 meds in your inventory and you get the error, that's because that person received all 6 (or was already buffed on one of them, which is not the Doc's problem).
In inconvenient of this is that you need the meds in your inventory. I also use a macro on which I put the meds directly in the toolbar so that I can use them from my backpack directly.
Both methods work great and the advantage of dragging the item in the toolbar is that you can see how many you have left all the time.
Depends on how people like to work but for a bot, i would put 5-6 sets in my direct inventory and use the /healenhance command.

so once i have buffed the 6 enhancments i will try putting in
/tar (Buffer);
/ui action toolbarSlot01;
then start again
