First of all I read the FAQ's and they didn't answer my question sooo. How much med usage do you need for the different enhancers, I realise I can't use D's without master but what about A's B's and C's? Also about how much can I expect tobe enhanced by the top of the line A, B and C enhancers.

D's require ~92 with decent materials. (Which allows you to exp them down with a point or 2 to get 90 which you can use with 4 boxes of med use[90]). C's require ~75 which you can use with 3 boxes[80].
