Finally got that damned item and it told me i had to master... Smuggler

Using a character calculator, i found out i would have to drop master doc, and ONE whole line of doc skills to be able to master Smuggler (and use another Holo)

The question is : What line should i drop ? (and why ?) I really don't know eheh

Thanks

Wound Speed...Doesn't hurt your buff ability and you can do without cure poison and disease.

dont be so quick to surrender a skill because of oneholo. granted thatISwhat your gonna have to do but my point is to get 4 to6 holos being as tho most skills arent that good unless you are a master. And when you surrender key mods for your skill it would be useless. what im doing now is stockin up on holos open them all up and decide which skills are feasable to obtain and which would take time. Overall this game is nothing but af**king grind! soe is lucky i lasted this long, tell me when does the star wars part kick in. let me quit now cuz im drunk and ill start ranting and ill fell bad in the morning..............

I advise you to be cautious. Keep those holos sir and take information ! I'm not sure (since its my first holo) but i think that if open another holo NOW, it will tell me to master Smuggler... you actually have to finish your first before beginning your second one. You can't just all open them and choose what is the best way to get there.

Spend a week, stockpile meds, and drop crafting. I will have to drop my doctor to master fencer...ugh! Thats my plan!

I would go with speed also.

You need med knowledge to use enhance

You need treatment to revive

And it will take you ten times as long not to mention resource wasted to get the crafting back.

Speed is only choice in my opinion

get rid of crafting and just buy your meds like most dabbliers do...most go 0/2/4/0 anyways.

"what im doing now is stockin up on holos open them all up and decide which skills are feasable to obtain and which would take time."

The posterthat repliedafter this was correct.

If you open a holo and it says "master dancer", and you think "nah I don't want to do that just yet", and proceed to open another holo it will ALSO tell you to Master Dancer.

Iknow this for a fact because it happened to a friend of mine and I've heard it from others also.

So don't waste your holo's opening multiple ones trying to get a profession you like first. Every holo you open will tell you exactly the same profession until you master it.

Might I ask the poster, how did you get a holocron being a doctor?

Drop the wound speed line you prolly have enough saved exp to just re master it when you want to, but if you drop the crafting line your exp will go kaput as you go down which stinks I think.

Here's my plan...I am a master doc/master pistoleer who can deal out enough damage to get holocrons...I plan on getting at least 4 stockpiled and then begining my quest. I know that i will not be able to get another one if i open one up now and gimp myself by getting rid of any of my current skills. Just a thought
