I'm been reading about Docs using enhance clothing to perform better buffs. Now I know my clothing are socketed so how do I get whatever is needed to put in those sockets so I can buff better?

The sockets are for thibs called skill tapes. They look like a roll of tape, and when examined, will tell you which skills it provides a mod to.

They are VERY rare loot drops from upper-mid level NPC's. Some work, some dont.

The other option is to go to a bio-engineer/tailor, and have them create clothing with the skill enhancement built in. Again, some work, some dont.
