I think Hospital have healing bonuses other structures do not confer, + you can heal wounds without the use for a droid.

yea there is a bonus, and you dont have to use a droid to heal inside buildings in player cities.

fellow docs out there please support this idea. if you are a master looking to place a med center any one who thinks its a bad idea for docs to be able to heal just any were support it. if you think the game will be made better becasue you have to go to a hospital to get healed support it. heck its a good idea so please support it

Unless I'm mistaken you can now heal in any player building whether it's a player city or not.

At least I've been able to heal wounds and buff etc without a droid in all the player houses I've ever been in.

I think to make the medical centers in players cities more viable there should be a +20 med modifier used.. or +15. Since most med droids have +110 anyway, there needs to be an incentive to use the Medical center in player cities.

Not a lot of support for removal of healing abilities/places where we can now heal here. However it does look like folks are saying they would like there to be more incentives for using player city hospitals. So I'll try to put together and issue for that.

If anything, in addition to that, cantinas/other public structures will hopefully have a *reduction* to healing capability...considering in the other 'old regular' buildings you can only heal in a med center...

No forced interaction (in an MMORPG?), but hey, the expansions sure seem forced.

I used to tend my wound in any player building since july. Why should it stop just to make people having to pay taxes in player cities? SOE has always state that it will be an option, not an obligation.

I think the med centers in player cities have the same as a 110 droid anyway. There does need to be a lot more incentive though.

The healing options don't have to be removed from homes, they just need to be removed from the cantina. I don't see how this could be a problem. Everyone in the game is already fimiliar with the idea that you can't heal physical wounds there so they shouldn't be suprised when they can't in a player based cantina. If you want to heal in your home go right ahead. But trust me no one is going to come to a med center (bonus or no bonus) when a doctor/medic can easliy heal you in the time it takes for your mind wounds to be taken care of in a player cantina.

Plain and simple, remove physical wound healing from the player cantina.

Is there a city specialization that gives a bonus to healing? If so, it ought to only apply in player hospitals. The only way to give a real incentive to use the player hospitals without removing the ability to heal in regular houses would be to make houses have a very low medical ability (dont know if they do already, it can be hard to tell on buffs with the fluctuations) or to make the player hospital have a greater bonus than a medical droid.

Do player hospitals heal wounds automatically like standard hopitals? That'd be another reason to have one, if yes, because people could go there and sit if nobody was there to heal their wounds. For all but major woundage, passive hospital healing can be just as good as active healing.
