was wondering how do u apply these to higher enhance packs and so forth

although I have yet to find any of these I hear you need at least 2 identical ones to make an enhance D as they take the place of the bec. If the particular enhance calls for 3 bec's then you would need 3 identical ones.

From what I understand, they take the place of the biological effect controller in a schematic. I have two that were given to me by a friend with 10 charges and 100 power. The discription says that it takes the place of a biological effect controller.

If they do, then they can only be used once.

My luck if I ever get two identicals, I will get a critical failure.
