I am looking either for a webpage or some info on what I should look for in resources...
For Instance:
Avian Meat: High PE,OQ,DR
Herb Meat: High PE, OQ
stuff like that....I think only OQ is for aluminum and same with Lok Wild Wheat and Tat Fiber...but im not 100% sure on that...Also what materials can I get by with using low quality...

My advice it so check the Doc FAQ, there are a few good links there for buff crafting. Read the entire thread as many folks added info on to the first post.
