I would be very interested in a buff calculater to determine the base power of buffs given component, avian, and gas stats. Anyone know this? It goes something like :

(Avian OQ + Gas OQ + Avian PE)/3 + components = base

but I can't figure out how they are weighted.

Power = sum of power from subs + 40 + 0.76*(OQavian + PEavian + OQgas)/3

Duration = 1200 + 6.5 * (0.6*DRavian + 0.4OQavian + 0.6*DRgas + 0.4* OQgas)
