Would wound treatment speed or wound treatment seas make me buff faster or better if I have the be clothes bivoli master doc and the droid?

Wound treatment speed SEAs do work, and will make you able to buff faster. Wound treatment SEAs also work, but count toward the same +25 cap as BE clothes, so if you have +25 in BE clothes, they will do nothing for you.
