..they are dropping like mad in teh tuscan cave but i can't find a doc use for tehm.

think they're for combat meds... not sure though.

It is a combat medic component.

you should also know that the 25/60 ones that get dropped are much lower than the ones CM can craft. So they are rather uselss.
